CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Cancellations and rescheduling will require 48 hours’ notice. Please make changes through Online Booking or contact me either by phone 604-720-2069 or email info@khansencounselling.com. This helps me better accommodate clients on the waiting list and maintain a consistent schedule. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours: will be charged 50% of session rate No-shows: will be charged 100% of session rate.

I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapist of Canada.

I specialize in helping people who are struggling with Grief, Life transition, Infertility, Depression, Anxiety and Stress. I believe that no matter where you are in your journey of healing, there is always hope for healing. I have been on my own healing journey since I was very young age, and I understand how hard it can be to take steps into places we have been avoiding. It is my goal as a counsellor to meet you wherever you are at in your journey, and hold space for you there, always believing in your own ability to heal and grow.

In counselling we will be exploring your dilemma through many different therapy lenses, with the focus on your feelings and how your current situation, your past, your family system, and your core beliefs all affect your current dilemma.

Together, we will shine a light in those dark places and hold safe space for you there – to feel, heal, and navigate the way forward.
